5 losses in a row. 0-for-6 on the power play. This has been a rough couple weeks for this team. Charlotte started their scoring early. At the 3:00 mark, Zach Boychuk scored his 24th of the season, from Victor Rask & Jared Staal. A couple minutes later, two penalties were given to Charlotte. Mark Flood was charged with cross-checking, and Michal Jordan was charged with delay of game. Hershey couldn't take advantage. Hershey had a 16-7 shot advantage after the 1st.

At the 1:51 mark of the 2nd period, Charlotte's Zach Boychuk was charged with slashing. Around 4 and a half minutes later, Hershey tied it up. Ryan Stoa scored his 11th of the season, from Jeff Taffe and Dustin Gazley. Around 2 and a half minutes later, Charlotte took the lead again. Brody Sutter scored his 6th of the season, from Dan Biega & Michal Jordan. At the 13:22 mark, Charlotte increased their lead to 2. Brett Sutter scored his 8th of the season, from Chris Terry & Rasmus Rissanen. Around a minute later, Charlotte's Chris Terry was charged with a double minor for high-sticking. At the 12:16 mark, Hershey's Ryan Potulny was charged with boarding. 2 minutes later, Charlotte's Mark Flood was charged with delay of game. To finish the game, at the 15:57 mark, Hershey's Julien Brouillette was charged with slashing. Charlotte finished with the 32-30 shot advantage. Hershey will look to try to break their losing streak once again against Charlotte tomorrow. Game time is at 4.
