The second fight was Syracuse's Mike Angelidis and Hershey's Michael Latta. Syracuse held the shot advantage at the intermission by 8-6.

The 2nd period was not as action packed as the 1st, and Hershey did much more, but Syracuse's Allen York stopped everything in his way. The 3rd period brought even more struggles for the Bears. At the 2:33 mark, Syracuse's Joey Mormina was charged for tripping. Within 6 minutes, Syracuse increased their lead to 5-0. Vladislav Namestnikov scored his 14th of the season, from Charles Landry & Joey Mormina. The next goal was the 1st of the season for Maxime Langelier-Parent, from Tanner Richard & Evan Rankin. Within 2 minutes (16:10-18:01), there were 4 penalties issued. For Hershey, Brandon Segal was charged with boarding and roughing.
