5 in a row! This game did not have a lot of action until the 3rd period, but another big win! In the 1st period, there were only 3 penalties. At the 3:32 mark, Hershey's Casey Wellman was charged with roughing. At the 7:41 mark, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's Simon Depres was charged with boarding. At the 18:36 mark, Hershey's Michael Latta was charged with interference. In the 2nd period, only 2 penalties occurred. At the 10:44 mark, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's Nick D'Agostino was charged with delay of game. At the 17:33 mark, Hershey's Dustin Gazley was charged with slashing. At the end of the 2nd, the Penguins had a 19-14 shot advantage.

A couple minutes later, Matt Watkins was charged again, this time with a misconduct for unsportsmanlike conduct. 2 minutes later, Hershey increased their lead. Ryan Potulny scored his 3rd of the season, from Dane Byers & Michael Latta. At the 14:29 mark, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's Jayson Megna was charged with slashing. On this power play, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton got within a goal. Brian Gibbons scored his 11th of the season. However, less than a minute later, Hershey got the score to 3-1. Peter LeBlanc scored his 11th of the season, from Michael Latta & Dane Byers. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton won the shot advantage 27-22.
