Recap


In front of a crowd of only 658 people, the Wolf Pack tied the series at 2 with a dominating performance. The Bears were outplayed for most of the game, and when they finally started to gain some control, it was far too late. In the 1st, Hartford would gain control right from the beginning, and all the momentum would lead to a goal at the 16:11 mark of the period. Joey Crabb scored his 3rd of the playoffs, from Oscar Lindberg & Chris Bourque. After the 1st, the Wolf Pack had the 14-7 shot advantage. In the 2nd, at the 8:45 mark, the Wolf Pack would finally capitalize on a power play and take a 2-0 lead. Oscar Lindberg scored his 1st of the playoffs (2nd point of night), from Chris Bourque & Chris Mueller.


Around four and a half minutes later, Hartford increased their lead to three. Ryan Haggerty scored his 1st of the season, from Oscar Lindberg (2nd assist/3rd point of night). After the 2nd, the Wolf Pack had the 26-12 shot advantage. In the 3rd, we would see a penalty shot for Hartford, but Philipp Grubauer was able to stop it. A short while after that penalty shot, the Bears would be able to get on the board. Jon Landry scored his 1st of the playoffs, from Chandler Stephenson & Steve Oleksy. The Wolf Pack finished with the 32-21 shot advantage.
