The point streak is over. It didn't seem like it would be after how the first period went, but Binghamton took over. In that first period, the Bears would start off on fire with two goals in less than a minute and a half. The first goal (at the 3:16 mark) was Casey Wellman's 17th of the season, from Philippe Cornet & Jim O'Brien. The second goal (at the 4:38 mark) was Tomas Kundratek's 3rd of the season, from Tim Kennedy & Chris Conner. Binghamton would get two penalties in the period, but the Bears couldn't capitalize. After the 1st, the Bears had the 19-13 shot advantage.


In the 2nd, Binghamton took over. At the 2:50 mark, they would get it to within one. Cole Schneider scored his 17th of the season, from Carter Camper & Shane Prince. Around a minute later, a fight would occur between Hershey's Cameron Schilling & Binghamton's Brad Mills. At the 13:24 mark, the game would be tied at two. Carter Camper scored his 8th of the season, from Cole Schneider (2nd point of the night) & Shane Prince (2nd assist of the night). On the power play less than two minutes later, the Senators took the lead. Derek Grant scored his 17th of the season, from Alex Grant & Shane Prince (3rd assist of the night). 3 minutes before the end of the period, a fight would break out between Hershey's Liam O'Brien & Binghamton's Darren Kramer. The Bears wouldn't get another goal to tie it, and the Senators would get an empty-net goal to seal the victory. Colin Greening scored his 4th of the season, from Alex Grant (2nd assist of the night) & Derek Grant (2nd point of the night). The Senators finished with the 33-29 shot advantage.
