Capitals Resign Philipp Grubauer

It was announced today that Philipp Grubauer was resigned by the Capitals to a two-year, one-way contract. He played in one regular season  and one playoff game for the Caps this past season. For the Bears, he played in 49 games, and was 27-17-5 with a 2.30 goals against average. In the playoffs for the Bears, he went 2-4 with a 3.35 goals against average. It will be interesting to see how this plays out next season, as the Caps will have Justin Peters and probably Braden Holtby (who is a free agent) on their roster already.
