Caps/Bears Draft Signing News

The Caps have signed a few people from their draft choices in the 2014 NHL Draft, but there is one that will probably make an impact on the Bears. The Caps announced that they signed forward Nathan Walker to a three year, entry-level contract. Even though he was just drafted and signed, fans of the Bears know Walker well. Last year, he was on a one year deal with the Bears. He played in 43 games, and he had 11 points (5 goals, 6 assists) to his credit. With how the Caps used a trade to move up in the draft to get him, don't be surprised if he could make an appearance with them.
